Accountability
A forceful publication needs a serious correction path.
We want specific challenges to facts, source interpretation, status, state nexus, identity, dates, outcomes, and missing responses.
What to include
- The case ID, page address, and exact statement at issue
- The proposed correction in precise language
- A public record or copy of the evidence supporting the change
- Your relationship to the case, if any
- Whether any information must remain confidential and why
How review works
We preserve the request, review the cited material, seek primary records where available, and consider whether the existing wording fairly expresses the evidence level. We may ask for clarification or a response suitable for publication.
Material corrections are made in the file and recorded in the updates log. Minor typographic or formatting fixes may be corrected without a separate entry. We do not remove accurate public-record information merely because it is unfavorable.
